What we collect
When you use our forms we collect what you type: name, phone number, ZIP code, the service you want, preferred times, a short description, and whether you agree to be texted. We use it only to respond to you and arrange the work you asked for.
Texting
If you check the box, you agree that we may text you about your request. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. We don't sell your phone number.
Click counts
We may count how often the call, text and booking buttons are used. This does not use cookies and does not collect personal information.
Hosting
Our fonts are hosted on our own site. Our site is hosted by a third-party web host, and form requests may be stored with a database provider acting on our behalf.
Remote help
We only connect to your computer, phone or accounts with your permission, for the session you agree to. When we finish, we disconnect. We don't keep access to your devices or accounts afterward.
Cameras and accounts
You own your cameras and your accounts. We keep no access after setup.
Sharing
We don't sell your information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate (for example web hosting or a database), or if the law requires it.
Keeping and deleting your information
We keep requests only as long as needed to help you and manage our business. Ask us any time to delete your information by calling or texting (863) 888-2520.
Children
Our site is meant for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from children.
