Diagnosis visit fee
The $50 diagnosis visit fee is non-refundable. It covers the travel, gas and time to come to you, plus the first hour on site.
Cancelling or rescheduling
You can cancel or reschedule any time more than 24 hours before the appointment. Within 24 hours of the appointment, visits can't be cancelled or rescheduled.
If we cancel
If we have to cancel or can't make it, we will tell you as early as we can and reschedule at no charge.

We don't sell products on this site. Anything you buy from a retailer follows that retailer's return policy.
