Our services
AR Consulting Pros LLC provides in-home diagnosis, tech education, setup and consulting, and introduces customers to independent local pros. A diagnosis visit is $50 (normally $100, with 50% off to come diagnose) and includes the first hour; additional time is $100/hour or $50 per half hour. Independent company
We are an independent company and are not affiliated with any cable, internet or TV provider.
Scheduling
You can cancel or reschedule more than 24 hours before the appointment. Within 24 hours, visits can't be cancelled or rescheduled. The $50 diagnosis visit fee is non-refundable. See Cancellations & refunds.
Remote help
We provide remote help only with your permission, and we disconnect when the session ends.
Your equipment and accounts
You own your devices, cameras and accounts. Please back up anything important before a visit. We'll take reasonable care, and we'll tell you before making changes that could affect your data.
No guarantees
We describe our process, not guaranteed outcomes. In particular, we don't guarantee Wi-Fi speeds or signal strength, which depend on many things outside our control, including your provider, your building and your devices.
Local pros and third-party products
Contractors, mechanics and other pros we introduce you to are independent businesses, not employees or agents of ours. They set their own prices and are responsible for their own work, licenses and insurance. Some pay us a referral fee. See our referral disclosure. We don't perform vehicle repairs, electrical, plumbing, A/C, roofing or other work that requires a license we do not hold.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, our liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you paid us for the service involved.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
